Transactions to your credit card account will post as Iasity. We accept Visa, MasterCard and e-transfers. E-Tansfer is only available to local Lethbridge, Alberta customers who wish to pick up orders in-store. Please call 403-380-2847 or email for e-transfer instructions.

Due to automated payment processing, we only ship to addresses matching the credit card holders information on file. Should your address information not match or should you be using a VPN to mask your IP address, your order will be voided within our automated system and a refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to add in a surcharge for rural areas and over-sized items. Most online orders will ship within 24 hours (M-F), delays can occur because of invalid addresses, non-matching billing addresses, actual on-hand inventory, weather delays, postal strikes, possible product substitutions, etc. 

All funds for orders are manually captured on our end. Should an item be out of stock at the time of order fulfillment and if no substitution can be agreed upon, a refund will be issued automatically once we void your order. As per standard credit card company protocols, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Happy Grow Supplies has no way to speed the return process up, as the issue lies with your individual bank policy.

We ship within the province of Alberta only.

Shipping & Delivery: Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours (This does not include weekends and statuary holidays). We reserve the right to use any courier and this will be dependent on your shipping zone. Most locations will ship by Canada Post.

In the event that a shipment gets returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with getting the package back to them. If the customer refuses a shipment, a credit will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee to cover shipping / labor to restock the package.

We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package/shipment where we cannot economically ship an item to, addresses located outside of Canada and current high-risk fraud areas (such as Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes). If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. If an item is lost or damaged please contact us as soon as possible, we will issue a claim with the courier and ship you out a replacement item as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for late shipments, we will try our best to get you your package/shipment within the time specified, but this cannot be guaranteed. Reasons for late shipments would be, billing address not matching your order, suspected fraud, environmental events out of our control, postal strikes, etc.

Cancelled/Voided Orders: 

We reserve the right to cancel or void any order.


We cannot guarantee that any kit or product(s) will fit your individual needs. Operating a grow light or grow tent or any other hydroponic equipment involves some risk of causing a fire or serious bodily injury.

Buyer accepts responsibility/liability for any and all grow light, grow tent or any other product operation that may lead to personal injury, economic loss, social distress, death, incidental/consequential damages, other losses, costs and damages. Seller is not responsible for injuries and/or damages resulting from operating any grow light, grow tent or any other product . Seller is not responsible for misuse or any warranty after installation. All electrical products sold by are Canadian safety certified.

Grow lights, ballasts, and many other products create heat. If proper safety precautions are not taken, this can lead to burns, fires or other damage.

We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any losses for any late deliveries. We do not cover economic or social losses for any product that malfunctions during any type of operation.

NOTE: Our products are not intended for any illegal activity. Please ensure you are operating within the law in your particular jurisdiction, pertaining to any medicinal or recreational production.

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full in-store credit. We offer in-store credit only, no cash back offered at this time. All electronics & related are final sale only, no returns or in-store credit permitted. Special order items are final sale only, NO returns or in-store credit. Order finalization: Once your order has been finalized there will be no retroactive price adjustments (price matching) given. Please do your due-diligence to ensure purchase satisfaction. 

If you need to return an item, please email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return item(s) from your order.


Your Privacy is our #1 concern. We ship everything in plain brown discreet boxes with no mention of the shipping contents inside.
