You may order all items directly online, with available coast to coast shipping. Online order processing hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, Sat 10AM-2PM (Mountain Standard Time). We accept Visa & MasterCard, debit cards and cash. We reserve the right to add in a surcharge for rural areas and over-sized items. Most online orders will ship within 24 hours (M-F), delays can occur because of invalid addresses, non matching billing addresses and actual on-hand inventory. Also weather delays can delay packaging & shipping time.
We ship to Canadian addresses only!
Shipping & Delivery: Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours (This does not include weekends, and statuary holidays). Non-stocked items will require, at least, 5-10 business days for delivery. Please confirm stock before ordering to avoid delays as our on-hand inventory can sometimes be incorrect. We reserve the right to use any courier and this will be dependent on your shipping zone. Most rural locations will ship by Canada Post and you will need to contact us for shipping quotes. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
In the event that a shipment gets returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with getting the package back to them. If the customer refuses a shipment, a credit will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee to cover shipping / labor to restock the package.
We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item to or address located outside of Canada. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. We can ship to most parts of Canada except the Territories, and extreme rural areas.
If an item is lost or damaged please contact us as soon as possible, we will issue a claim with the courier and ship you out a replacement item.
We are not responsible for late shipments, we will try our best to get you, your package within the time specified, but this cannot be guaranteed. Reasons for late shipments would be, billing address not matching in your order, suspected fraud or environmental events out of our control.
We cannot guarantee that any kit or product(s) will fit your individual needs. Operating a grow light or grow tent or any other hydroponic equipment involves some risk of causing a fire or serious bodily injury.
Buyer accepts responsibility/liability for any and all grow light, grow tent or any other product operation that may lead to personal injury, economic loss, social distress, death, incidental/consequential damages, other losses, costs and damages. Seller is not responsible for injuries and/or damages resulting from operating any grow light, grow tent or any other product . Seller is not responsible for misuse or any warranty after installation. All electrical products sold by happygrowsupplies.com are Canadian safety certified.
Grow lights, Ballasts, and many other Products create heat, if proper safety precautions are not taken this can lead to burns or fires or other damage.
We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any losses for any late deliveries. We do not cover economic or social losses for any product that malfunctions during any type of operation.
NOTE: Our products are not intended for any illegal activity. Please ensure you are operating within the law in your particular jurisdiction, pertaining to any medicinal production.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full in-store credit. We offer in-store credit only, no cash back offered at this time.
You should expect to receive your in-store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This accounts for individuals living in more remote areas.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Your Privacy is our #1 concern. We ship everything in plain brown discreet boxes with no mention of the shipping contents inside. Our shipping labels are labeled with Iasity as the sender. No one will know anything about your purchase. Your personal information will never be stored on any of our internal computers and we would never sell your personal info.
